Terms of Use
General
- All prices listed are in RM.
- All images used are for illustrative purposes only.
- Bakkwa shapes and sizes are subjected to slight variations.
- All orders are subjected to acceptance based on the products' availability. While Bee Cheng Hiang will do its utmost to fulfil the order, there may be a slight delay in your order delivery date if the order is of a large quantity.
- Bee Cheng Hiang reserves the right to modify, add or delete any of the terms and conditions listed here without prior notice.
Orders
- All online orders will only be processed once full payment is received.
- An order confirmation email will be sent to the email you entered during checkout.
Delivery
- Deliveries can only be made within West Malaysia. For East Malaysia deliveries, please contact us at customerservice@beechenghiang.com.my
Cancellations, amendments and returns
- Goods received are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please contact us at customerservice@beechenghiang.com.my if you have any issues with your order.
- No cancellation of your order will be allowed.
- If you have any changes to make to your order, please contact us at customerservice@beechenghiang.com.my
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any changes based on our available resources and manpower requirements.
Product vouchers
- No extension of the product voucher expiry date is allowed.
- Bee Cheng Hiang will not accept any vouchers for use once the voucher has passed its expiry date.
- No replacement of the product vouchers will be done if the product voucher is lost or damaged.
- Product vouchers purchased are non-refundable.
- Product vouchers cannot be converted into the cash value equivalent of the product on the voucher.
- Bee Cheng Hiang reserves the right to reject the usage of any product vouchers which we deem to have been illegally obtained, is or appears to be counterfeit, has passed its expiry date or appears to be altered, defaced, damaged or tampered with.
Gift vouchers
- No extension of the gift voucher is allowed.
- Bee Cheng Hiang will not accept any vouchers for use once the voucher has passed its expiry date.
