How to Check Your Order Status

After logging in, go to My Account > My Orders, or

Click “Track Order” at the upper right corner of the website.
Order Status Guide:
-
In Progress – We have received your order, and it is currently being processed (picking and packing).

Packed – Your order has been packed and is still at the Bee Cheng Hiang warehouse.

Shipped – Your order has left the Bee Cheng Hiang warehouse and is on the way to you.

Completed – Your order has arrived.
Order Amendment & Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed (status: Ordered), it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Delivery
Malaysia deliveries are charged at a standard rate of RM14 per address unless otherwise stated.
Look out for our Free Malaysia Delivery promotions from time to time.

Currently, we provide delivery service within West Malaysia only. -
International Delivery
At the moment, we are unable to deliver outside Malaysia.

Delivery Timeline

Orders will be delivered within 3–5 working days after your order has been placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Only orders placed on a working day are eligible for next working day delivery.
Pickup from Store
Self Pick-Up Instructions

Once you have received the “Ready to Pick Up” email confirmation, you may collect your order from the selected store.

Please ensure you present your proof of order confirmation upon collection.
